1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

  • Perishable goods (e.g., fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, or other short-shelf-life items) are not eligible for return.

  • Customers must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving the product.


2. Return Process

  • Our team will review the request and provide return instructions if eligible.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.


3. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

5. Exchanges

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, you may request an exchange instead of a refund.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • The replacement will be shipped after we receive the returned defective item.


6. Missing or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive an incorrect item or your order is missing items, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will review your case and either issue a replacement or refund as necessary.
